What we collect

• Account info: username, email address, and password (stored hashed).
• Your reminders: maintenance item names, schedules, specs you enter (filter sizes, models, etc.), and optional saved product links.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.
• Basic usage: standard server logs (IP, browser) for security and debugging.

How we use it

• Send maintenance reminder emails you've signed up for.
• Operate your account and process lifetime membership payments.
• Improve the service and prevent abuse.

What we don't do

• Sell your personal data.
• Share your maintenance list with advertisers.
• Send marketing emails without your consent.

Third parties

We use Stripe for payments and may link you to Amazon for product reorders (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Their privacy policies apply when you use their services.

Data retention

Your account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete items anytime. Contact us to request account deletion.
